Use of Products
Our products are intended for hair care purposes only. Use as directed on the product packaging. Conduct a patch test before using the hair dye shampoo to ensure no allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
Purchase and Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order details carefully.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship products within 2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. Additional fees and customs duties may apply for international orders. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receiving the returned products. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
Aliway Cosmetics LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by individual sensitivities or allergies to our products.
